Patient came to us for MRI of swelling right sternoclavicular joint swelling and pain for few months. On MRI there was chronic inflammation in right sternoclalvicular joint, mild joint effusion and edema. After finishing routine MRI we called patient for examination and clinical correlation

. Patient also complaint of some swelling in lower back region however we couldn't found that. On further discussion he told us low back pain which was severe after getting up from bed.
Now we scanned whole spine to rule out Potts spine, lung apex for any tubercular lung lesion and SI joints.
Spine and lung reveal no significant abnormality.
SI joints reveal bilateral sacroilitis without large collection likely Ankylosing Spondylitis.
