I am very happy to let you know about the release of my jaw exerciser. It has been five years of research, experimenting, and looking for non-toxic materials. In keeping ourselves physically fit, we seldom think of exercising our cranio-facial musculature. In the gym, people exercise all their muscles except the cranio-facial complex. Modern food is often heavily processed and, as a result, too soft. Yoga at the Joy for Life Retreat

Our retreat is happening next week. Part of our daily schedule is a morning yoga class with an experienced yoga teacher from Ashland, Vrinda Leier Heyden.

Yoga, helps to trigger the Parasympathetic nervous system, responsible for balancing the body and bringing its response system back into equilibrium. Stimulating the PNS helps to lower heart rate, blood pressure; it helps to healthily stimulate the immune system and keep the endocrine system operating healthily.
