2-Layer Pudding (Childrens Favorite)


Layered Pudding

Bottom Layer:

2 cups kale
2 ripe bananas
1 lime with peel
¼ cup raisins
2 cups water
2 teaspoons psyllium husk powder

Blend well and quickly poor into 8-10 cups, fill only half-way.

Top Layer:

2 cups kale
2 ripe bananas
2 limes with peel
¼ cup raisins
1 cup blackberries
2 cups water
2 teaspoons psyllium husk powder

Blend well and quickly poor on top of the bottom layer. Decorate with fresh fruit or berries.

Yields: 8-10 attractive and delicious cups
