Aloevera leaves- 25gm
Ajwain- 100gms
Lemon juice- 3tbsp
Salt- 2tsp
Sun dry all ingredients for 15 days, after 15 days grind it to form a powder.
Have 1tsp with water once in a day after meal. or you can make juice of it by mixing in water.
