We have appreciated the phone lines being opened to re-arrange our flights and the open internet so we could keep in touch with family through FB and email.

Would you please pass along our appreciation and a pat on the back to Marcelo and the staff of Guest Services.

They have maintained a calm composure dealing with the many issues and complaints over the last couple of days. I know it has... not been an easy time for them and they have gone above and beyond.

We all have our big kid underpants on and knew when we got on the ship that changes would be made during Hurricane Maria so no one should be surprised that we needed to re-position to another port.

We still have Irma fresh in our minds to prove it.

We were able to stop in San Juan long enough to let some of our fellow guests off to see if they had home left. My heart goes out to them and the reality that they will now face with curfews, rationed fuel, no power, etc. wedding outfits with crop top

I will never forget the look on our cabin neighbours face when with the help of our steward, Ariel, my husband passed her a bag with all our spare batteries, flashlights and a power bank.

We don't speak Spanish and she didn't speak English but no languages were needed.
