Returns

Any item may be returned unused for any reason within thirty days. Simply enclose a note with it to let us know how you would like your credit to be issued - immediately to your charge card, store credit, or exchange. Our return address is:

General Returns Information:
Returns credited back to a credit card will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Store credits will be charged a 10% restocking fee. If you wish an exchange, please let us know what product you would prefer. Any difference will be given either as a store credit or charged to your credit card on file.

Opened food products are not returnable. If you have a problem with any product, please call customer service at 1-541-488-8865. They will be happy to discuss your options with you.

Shipping and Handling

We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, plus the weight of the items. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.

International Orders:

Since your order will be shipped outside the U.S., you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. Raw Family is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package, so if you are concerned, please check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering.

Orders Shipped via Media Mail

Please note Media Mail can take up to 21 days for delivery.

Recycled Packaging

In keeping with our mission to clean up the planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse and use new boxes and mailing envelopes made of up to 100% recycled material. We use clean waste paper collected from local sources and 100% natural, corn-based, biodegradable "packing peanuts" to help protect your order during shipping.

Security
Our Web sites are designed with numerous precautions to protect users' information. Customer information is appropriately protected in-house as well as online.

Sensitive information (such as a credit card account number) is protected by Secure Socket Layer encryption. While on a secure page, such as an order form, the lock icon at the bottom of a Web becomes locked, rather than open (or unlocked) as when the user is simply "surfing" the Web.

In addition, access to users' information is restricted within our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
