Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple chunks
3 kiwis
1 cup apple juice
1 sprig fresh lemon balm (optional)
Instructions: Peel and thinly slice one of the kiwis. Stick the slices of kiwi onto the plastic sides of the popsicle molds. If the slices are thin enough, they should stick on quite easily. Peel the remaining kiwis, and place them in the blender. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour the blended mix into the popsicle molds. Snap on the lids of the molds, and freeze for 12 hours. To remove popsicles, hold the molds under hot running water for 30 seconds, and slowly ease the popsicles out of the molds.
