Ingredients:
1 bunch dandelions
4 ripe persimmons (seeds and stems removed)
1 handful cranberries
4 dates (seeds and pith removed)
3 cups water (add more if mixture is too thick)
2 strawberries
Instructions: Place the persimmons and cranberries into the blender. Add in greens, dates, and water. Blend thoroughly until smooth. Decorate with strawberries.
