Strawberry Daydream
Try this smoothie for a healthy dose of antioxidants, and a delicious refreshing dessert.
Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries
2 nectarines
1 mango
1 banana
½ cup fresh lemon balm or basil
1 cup water
Instructions: Place all ingredients into the blender and blend thoroughly.
