Fountain of Youth Smoothie
Try this recipe for a boost in energy and a soothing, flavorful blend of nourishing ingredients.
Ingredients:
½ bunch chard
1 mango
1 banana
½ cup pineapple
1 cup water
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions: Place the pineapple, mango, banana, and chia seeds into the blender. Remove the stems of the chard and place the greens on top of the fruit. Add in the water and blend thoroughly.
