Parsley Vanilla pudding
Creamy and delicious, this pudding is the perfect dessert to satisfy your sweet-tooth cravings.
Ingredients:
¼ bunch of Italian parsley
½ avocado
¼ cup walnuts
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 vanilla been, scraped (or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract)
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup water
Instructions: Cut the vanilla bean in half, and use the back of a small knife to scrape the seeds out of the pod. Place the seeds into the blender. Add in the remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly using the tamper.
