Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
8 Brazil nuts
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 cup orange juice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions: Peel and cut up the avocado and place it in the blender. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 12 hours. Once frozen, run the popsicle molds under hot water to make the popsicles come out smoothly.
