Ingredients:
2 cups chard (stems removed)
1 apple
1 banana
2 kiwis (peeled)
1/4 lemon with peel (seeds removed)
1 cup water
Instructions: Cut up the apple and place it in the blender. Peel the banana and the kiwis and add them to the blender container as well. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
